About Me
Yoga found me at a time when I needed healing the most. After walking through cycles of burnout, loss, and disconnection, I discovered the practice not just as movement—but as a way back to myself. I came to yoga as a survivor, searching for a way to feel safe in my body and whole in my spirit again. The practice met me there—with compassion, breath, and movement—and became a pathway back to my voice, my power, and my joy. On the mat, I learned to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember my own wholeness.
Now, I share yoga not only as strength or flexibility, but as a practice of healing and remembrance. My hope is to create a space where others feel safe, supported, and free to reconnect with the truth of who they are. Yoga is both a grounding practice and a gentle art of transformation.
